  • Beneficiary Rights

My mother died in September 2018 and since then my brother, Executor, has refused to give us any information, whatsoever, regarding our mother's estate.*
we know that Probate has been granted and we have a copy of the Will and Probate, from the Government website.* The amount of the estate is apparently only £17,000 to be shared (this, of course, is suspicious, due to the fact my brother would not give us any information on finances during the final years of our mother's life and I am somewhat surprised at how small the final amount is.*
    ‹what should I do next.?
