hi thanks, sorry trying to do this between driving lessons -im an adi. basically i need to know when exactly i need to file defence letter. i got your guide letter . im accused of not paying a energy bill to xxxxxx but i never had a contract with them, ive since researched and enquired and they sent me very odd statements, apparently they took over from my previous company yyyyy which went into admin in 2018 and they show an unpaid estimated bill of around £500 which i was disputing at the time due to all bills being high and estimated i stopped by dd. then they claim i was automatically put on a contract with xxxx because they are a web only company i was not given a choice. then they claim i was with them for 2 weeks consumed £40 ( by then I had switched to my present company ) then somehow i owed £800 and then i received a penalty charge of £250 so total now £1164.90. I spoke to xxxx they said i should log on to my account which I cannot without a password, as ive never joined them, then they said an automatic password will be created and then i can i can create my own password. Unbelievable!!!*
