  • CCJ parking fine to old address - how do I get it removed?

In Jan 2019 I got 2 CCJ's against me - for overstaying in a car park, I only became aware of this in the last few days after checking my credit score.

I have paid the fines, but want to get the CCJ's removed as all letters and correspondence were sent to an old address - so I had no opportunity to pay the fine or defend the claim. I am checking with the DVLA when my V55 doc is updated too. To get the judgement set a side it will cost £255 per claim, the court are also suggesting I should get legal advice.
Do I have a chance of winning this?? HELP/ ADVICE NEEDED?

You may have a problem as you have paid the CCJs which could be seen as an admission you did owe them.
