I booked hotel The palazo venetian in Las vegas for 2night and have been fully paid on augt 14 2019. When I check in to the hotel said that my booking have been canceled. And the rooms is full. How to get my money back from amoma?

You can't basically, they have gone bust and it looks like they took your money and didn't pay the hotel.
Your only hope is if you paid by credit card or you have insurance.
Even if you paid by credit card it's still possible you won't be refunded under sec 75 if you paid Anoma direct, not the hotel but you could try.
With insurance it really depends what insurance you have and what it covers you for.

I also think this is one of the advantages of an American Express card. I think they would refund if the booking was made on their card.
