Rossendales either Lying or have had my details stolen

Had a letter today saying I had defaulted on my payment plan and will be sending enforcement agent's to my property. ing story short they messed up twice now once in September and again last month when they sent enforcement agent's to my address the day each payment was due. Now today they are claiming these enforcement agent's do not exist and have never sent anyone bare the first visit to my address. Now concerned as my wife answered the door both times and I have CCTV of these visits. Yet Rossendales are categorically denying these visits ever happaned. I have now told them if any comes to my door saying they are from Rossendales they will be removed from the property as far as I am concerned they could be fraudsters

Have you defaulted on your payment plan ?

Have you sent images from your CCTV to Rossendales and made a formal complaint? - at the very least so they can investigate who these people were that attended your house and said they were from Rossendales.

Have you contacted Rossendales since receiving this latest letter - ie. is it definitely from them?
