    Hi
I received a letter today from the above company an extract of which reads as follows:
Green Star Energy have asked us to reach out to you as there is an outstanding balance on your account.
please send payment for the outstanding amount to:
I have not had my gas and electricity supplied by GSR for at least 20 months now and when I was supplied by them I paid by monthly direct debit.I would add that since cancelling my contract with GSR they have made no contact with me and therefore I was totally shocked when I received ZCM,s letter today.
Your comments on my predicament would be appreciated.
    Thank you in anticipation.

    Sandy

Maybe give Green Star a call and ask them about the account and whether there was any outstanding debt, if so why haven't they informed you before now, and to send you the details in writing. That's a good first step.
