Claim for possession over ground rent

I have received a claim for possession over ground rent due. In the claim form they (court and/or claimants solicitors) have bungled up the forms. In the form it does have my name and correct address as defendant but for the property they are trying to claim its has some random guts name and address (I have no idea who he is). In the same bundle it has the hearing details for me with a different claim number. Can thus be thrown out? I know they will reapply with corrected details but that will be 3/4 months. I am willing to pay the amount due. Can I get a debt relief order for the ground rent due? Any advice?
