  • N244 Submission

    hi everyone,

I have now compiled the N244 form, draft order, witness statement, various proofs*and draft defence using the great resources on this site

Can someone please tell me the steps to actually submit these and make payment for set aside without consent

1 - Do I send this to Northampton County Court Business centre or do I send it to my local court?

2 - If I wish to make payment using a debit card do I need to travel to Northampton County Court Business centre or can I do this at my local court?

3 - How many copies of everything do I need and are all of these submitted at the same time?

Thanks for the advice in advance

the court that issued the ccj

it's easier to send a cheque or postal order with the N244payable to HMCS

3 - How many copies of everything do I need and are all of these submitted at the same time?

You will need to ensure you submit enough copies of the application for service. i normally send 3 to the Court for completeness and keep a copy for yourself.
