  • CCTV in the workplace

I have staff members that work at my business premises and items keep going missing but not of great value, I haven't approached any of them as I cant prove anything but I would like to look at getting CCTV installed, what are the rules in terms of notifying them and the public that they will be on camera? I've seen the signs in other stores etc. but I mainly wonder about telling my staff? Any help would be wonderful, hopefully it will deter.

Hello. I had such a problem. The employee worked well, but over time, office supplies began to fade. Then I decided to try installing the tracker on my Android device: https://www.refog.com/phone-tracker.html. This way I can keep track of what employees are doing during office hours. After that, labor productivity increased and things ceased to disappear.
