Statement of account sent with wrong name and account number - Lowell

Hi guys,*
I have been having an ongoing issue with Lowell, and had asked for a copy of CCA and statement of account, which they sent through, original creditor was vanquis. I have just sat down to look at this properly and have noticed that they have sent me an application form with my name and account opened in 2014, however sent a statement of account with purchases from 2016.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This has somebody else's name and account number on top and shows purchases made in a city I have never been. I have sent Lowell an email with a picture of this, I was just wondering where I go from here. I'm concerned that vanquis have sent me information that is completely unrelated to me and wondering how often this is happening, especially with the GDPR regulations in place now. I have this gentleman's name and details of his purchases.*
Any help would be much appreciated

if were me the ICO would be informed as lowells have broken The rules, not the 1st time it would seem*

I would inform the gentleman of the fact as well for him to get compensated etc
