Help with old debt

Can anyone help me please.I accidentally opened a letter last week addressed to me but different surname old ex partner never married but his last name used. It was an attachment of earnings form. I telephoned the court who told me to sent back as not in my name and I should not of opened it. I then went on line to check my credit score and found 3 ccj under that name on my report.many many years ago I was with an abusive partner* continued for some time I remember finding out about one and (2011) phoned them up and informed them of who I was and what was happening. I dint hear any more as I have since moved 3 times due to domestic abuse . I telephoned the company who had the account and said it was for 3 separate accounts totalling to nearly 10,000. I explained that what I believed happened and that it's not my name only birthday and first name correct they then said they will change to my name set up an account n for me to sort within 30 days otherwise court action . I am a single disabled mother numerous health conditions and lost my job because of this. My question is can they do this n make me pay even though I can't just because I won't say who did this for fear of safety n they* just change my name on thier documents Can anyone help me please sick with worry*

Sorry to hear you have had such a hard time of it, hopefully, despite your health issues, you are out of the situation and safe now and things look a bit better - this will be sort outable so try not to let it worry you too much.

The letter that came from court was addressed to you, in a name you used to use but don't any more? Was it an official change of name ? and did you officially change it back after the relationship ended?

Do you have any idea what the three accounts are? credit cards ? loans ? car finance ? catalogues? etc...

So far as you are aware did you take out the credit out or was it taken out using your details by your ex partner ?*

Who are the companies that have the CCJ's against you? Are all three from the same company ? And were all the CCJs obtained in 2011 or just one ? When were there others obtained?

hi it came from the court. Only my first name is correct I have never been married(it also says Mrs) only ever used my name never gone by this name* this is just one of many things he did but he doesn't know where I live now I do not want to take him to court to scared unfortunatelyi also gave him all the sale of my house proceeds stupid I know but I cannot fight him anymore have mental issues too due to trauma and an 12 year old with autism and severe anxiety. In council house now after losing everything. The ccj went on in 2017 with only my first name correct. Dreydonsfairfax hold all three and they are catalogue debts I belive
