  • Ukpc parked not within lines

Hi all was parked in a retail park with free parking to use curry’s and have a receipt from curry’s , when I can out I had a ticket for not parking correctly within bays , I was parked on the line which also had a large man hole cover covering the drivers side rear corner so no lines could be seen, I tried to appeal 20 times via the UKPC website which continuously wouldn’t let me send the appeal despite wasting 20 mins each Time writing ( I have screen shotted the “site is not working at minute” ) I have no access to a printer to send them via letter and have now received a letter from debt recovery plus for £160 just wondered what my options where from here as too late to appeal via popla now thanks in advanceÂ*

Have you tried asking Cuurys to cancel?

WaWas this a windscreen ticket or a Notice to Keeper in the post?Â* Â*

If a NTK can you post up a suitably redacted version but leave the dates.

You ignore debt collectors like DRP, they have no powers.

So have you received a Notice to Keeper, after the windscreen ticket? Please give the dates.

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred use " the driver.... "etc.Â*
