Hi Everyone,
Newbie to all this stuff... Really need some help from you wonderful people in the forum... I have read alot of things in here and I am hopeful to get some support from here.
Recived County Court letter few days ago.. Filed my AOS... Now the enforcement company have sent the particulars..
Parking ticket was issued whilst I was on holiday and my dear younger brother decided to drive my car down to local supermarket.
11 months later I'm being summons to court.
I have checked car park in question, there are signs for payments however no mention of legal contracts or obligations
Point 2, I also have my travel itenary and passport stamps to prove I was not in the UK at the time of the pcn.
Any help on how to and what to write and process a defence will be extremely appreciated.
