  • ZZPS Byelaw 14, access to private land

ZZPS say we have breached Byelaw 14 of the railways act but we were not technically using their car park. We merely used the car park to access a private piece of land but they are claiming the ANPR camera logged our entry and exit time and that a breach has been caused. Is there any law against access? We didn’t park.Â*

Ask them for proof that the car was actually parked and what part of byelaw 14 was breached
