  • Barclycard card CCA

    Hi
i have had 2 County Court claims made against me from Barclay card which have been assigned to Hoist finance.
the claims are for 1st claim £6293 and 2nd claim £12444
the 1st claim was made on the 13th Sept 2019 and i have sent a defence stating that i do not recognise the account number and sent the court the copies of the 2 credit cards i have with account numbers that are totally different to the account number in the Claim Particulars. The claimant has responded by stating they wish to proceed with the court claim and not provided any evidence for me to understand why the account numbers are different.
the 2nd claim was made 16th Nov 2019 and i have sent the response pack today.
I now need help and ask if you can advise me regarding the correct letter to send the claimant to obtain the relevant documents but i am unsure which form to send for the 1st claim as i have already submitted a defence. The claimant has 2 days to reply to the court before they deem the claim stayed but i am sure they will make the deadline for the 1st claim.
from what i recall i opened the 2 Barclaycard accounts in 2012 and the account numbers are relevant to 2012 - 2014
for some reason the accounts numbers change and i was issuded new cards in 2014 with different account numbers.
    Kind Regards
    Andy
