I raised a complaint with Tesco November 2017 who would not review the entries and advised me to contact FOS after their final Decision April 2018. I filed a complaint with FOS In June 2018
Today I have had a final response from them also upholding Tesco decision
I am after some help as to what to do next, for some context I never used the account as I had constant issues with online security, not being able to log in and being constantly locked out. So I left the account open but didn’t not access it.
I only found out about these transactions when I was made aware , sine then it has led to all my main high street banks being closed, me being turned down from a job, unable to obtain any credit , insurances, and made my life a complete misery.
With the FOS decision now also sticking by Tesco I am at a loss as to where to go.
