I have a voluntary police interview following an allegation of fraud for the role of executor for my fathered estate . The other executor was my auntie who has passed away . My brother went to a solicitor as a civil matter and I responded via legal advice and sent a letter as a response I agreement with my auntie .
my auntie fell ill and had a long battle before passing in sept 19 .
I have not heard from my brother or his solicitor in 12 months . Due to me supporting my auntie I forgot as I am her only relative
living lolcally .
