Hello
I was on the tube and was called idiot by someone for no reason. I replied with 'fk your mom idiot' and he then asked me to go out of the station (to 'fight' probably). I said I have to go to work and went back to the train. He then grabbed my clothes and tried to wrestle me until he threw me to the ground and others stopped him.
Can I ask please:
1) How possible it is that they find him via the station's CCTV?
2) How possible it is that they call him to court and he pays for the damages to my clothes, phone, glasses etc?
