On 31/10/2019, EDF used a company called Morrisons Data to enter the property i rent in order for them to install a pre-payment meter for electric. As per usual practice by these corporate thugs, no proof of Warrant, just informing me 'it's here on this laptop,' no official signed wet ink signature, no documentation, complete refusal to give or produce formal identification, no court of record in my name (as everything is bulk processed,) no official summons from the court sent to me as i am fully aware that they collude together and operate in unlawful court de facto under maritime law/legal fiction and not convened common law, with trial by jury.
Four men from Morrisons Data gained access when i had popped out to the shop for 15 mins, leaving my two daughters (under 16) in the flat. Both my children are registered under local county Council as vulnerable and have a Safeguarding Officer to assist in all aspects of their current problems. Both my daughters came out of their bedroom to find two men dressed in black, standing in my living room, refusing to identify themselves and a third man in the hallway, drilling into the brickwork to install the meter. I rushed home and told them very clearly that they were trespassing and had no authority whatsoever to break in and install the meter. They were completely ignorant to the matter. My daughters were terrified and are still in shock, not feeling safe in their home anymore.
I have phoned EDF today raising an official complaint, letting them know my utter disgust as to how they and their interlopers conduct themselves. The dispute with EDF started in March 2019, as a simple request when i asked them for proof of their supply licensee number that they purchase from the Government, queries over a true bill, based on the fact that Western Distribution Power supply electric to where i live (area 22) facilitation of unsecured credit, hidden charges, privatisation of the National Grid and so on. They did not like this at all and have failed to even acknowledge my questions put to them. A very reasonable request one would think?! I haven't purposely avoided trying to pay the bill. The problem is they cannot supply me with an accurate true bill of electrical usage. When the meter was installed, a 'credit' of £25.00 was placed on the meter, which just goes to show that they can manipulate their readings. Ideally, the meter should have begun at £0.00. In summary, EDF are not supplying electric to the property. The electric is supplied by Western Distribution Power. The meter that they removed was not a EDF meter.
Not once have EDF been able to prove in substance that they can supply a true, accurate and legitimate bill, so i withheld payments. There is one individual at EDF who has instigated the breaking and entering at the property. Is there any advice that can be used in order to have this individual sacked or seriously reprimanded? A first attempt by EDF was made at a court in Somerset, which i rebutted using article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (security clause against a treasonous system of governance) and also FCO 30/1048. EDF then used a court in Plymouth, which again, i rebutted under article 61 and an anonymous representative from EDF phoned the court and withdrew their application. I even rebutted their demands for payment when their legal team based in Croydon tried to threaten and intimidate me.
I contacted EDF demanding to know the location of the next court, but they refused, which resulted in them turning up and gaining entry. I have told EDF customer complaint team that i will be going to the Police in due course and contacting the Safeguarding officer, pending the outcome of how they investigate my complaint and that allowing agents into my home, with a refusal to identify or produce a warrant, is both inexcusable and criminal, (not that the Police will be bothered and tell me it's a 'civil matter.') I have also asked them as to what their policy is on safeguarding. I found out from one of the Morrisons Data agents that they used a court in Birmingham, so i will be making contact with them, gathering more evidence as to the non existent court record, warrant etc and placing all parties involved at the alleged court on Notice of article 61, FCO 30/1048 and the issue of treason.
Since article 61 was invoked, every single court holds no authority whatsoever. They are merely private places of business registered under Companies House. To give any credibility to any of these alleged courts means that to do so is to aid and abet treason. I have placed several individuals at the alleged courts and at EDF on notice of my lawful standing, provided them with a copy of my Oath of allegiance to the Baron's committee, but i am now left with no other option except to try and seek remedy to the matter under extreme duress of circumstances. It is impossible to obtain justice when the corporations are protected by the courts. If anyone has any advice i would be grateful. If not, i just wanted to post this to show the systemic corruption, collusion, blatant disregard for the law and that we clearly do not have a fair and due process of law within the land of England anymore.
I'm not sure if my landlord found out, he may want to evict me, or whether he would be in a position to make a claim against them for trespass and damage to his property (drilling and attaching a meter to the wall.) I'm not sure about informing my letting agency. I have quite a good relationship with them, but uncertain if they would need to know. As for the so called debt, it is not proven by EDF and as of yet, has not shown up on my credit report.
