  • Judgment order interpretation?

    Hi everyone,
Would someone be kind enough to answer a question I have please...

If a judgment order states: "The claimants costs of the application be added to the judgment debt to be assessed"

Does this mean that a separate hearing will take place to determine costs?

Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide in relation to this query.
