Becoming unemployed and dealing with creditors

Hi, newbie on here, but i have recenctly lost my job and have monthly bills for car finance/creditcards/storecares/catalogues. I was wondering what i can do to freeze these accounts or cancel them all together. Iam already using the voulantry return on the PCP, but not sure on the others. Also i have had a CC claim come through from a private parking company called civil enforcement ltd.
Can someone please help me.
