    Hello
I am trying to get my money back from someone. I paid to have surgery and they offered a lifetime warranty. Things went wrong and I had to have surgery to remove my implants. Then when I asked to re booked in for surgery. He wouldn't pay for it. Even though his dr agreed to do this. Plus his website covered for capsular contracture.
I'm now with a local court. I sent of my civil rights part 16 to them. I got everything back with a letter saying that my claim would be thrown out. If I didnt complete the poc, detailed and drafted. I dont know what this means. Can someone help please
    thanks

Okay you have received an order from the court telling you that your particulars of claim did not comply with CPR 16 and you need to file and serve full particulars by the 11th?? or your claim will be struck out.

    What had you put ?
