I have received a PCN (Camera). Alleged contravention: 48 j - Stopped in a restricted area outside a school. ( I don't dispute this. I was stopped for 16 seconds.)
However there is nothing else mentioned under "alleged contravention".
Doesn't the Council have to mention under which piece of Legislation( Act and Year ) the contravention is made?
I did look online at Traffic Management Act 2004 but could not find Sec 48 j
