Bad builder

I got a bathroom fitted at a cost of over 2600 pounds three years ago but I now find that it was incorrectly fitted ,this is not wear and tear it was just badly fitted and this has just come to light it has caused many blockages and I’m quoted over 800 pounds to put right.i have one report to state it was wrongly fitted ,I’ve contacted the plumber to go check on it but is now now answering my calls ,what are my options
