  • Do i sign bca inspection report??

hi I sent a voluntary termination letter from one of your templates using section 99 etc. I stated for its age I felt it was of reasnoble condition and had related wear and tear. the car has fsh as required.
if I sign the report am I agreeing to the damages or costs he finds which cancels out my letter?? or do I not sign anything?? or can I add a note to report I don't agree with it??? I am unsure as im giving the car back and would like something to say I have. thanks!!!!

You have no legal obligation to sign any report they give you so whether you choose to sign the report is entirely your choice.

If you used one of my template letters then you must have also seen or at last read my VT Guide which suggests what you should do.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
