Good morning, I’ve just realised that I should have introduced myself to you before posting in the court section.
I’ve had a claim ongoing in county court against a rogue trader who took my money and never delivered the item paid for, it’s been going on since 2016 I think.
In the meantime I've had to have surgery for cancer and subsequent chemotherapy. All being well I’m very much in remission but it’s taken its toll on my general health and I suffer with arthritis and other minor ailments. I still work rather hard more or less full time and have found the process of engaging in legal matters very stressful and time consuming.
I have asked a question regarding getting a set aside hearing adjourned and if anyone could try to assist I would be most grateful.
