I've cancelled using an internet based 'info' service. They've told me that I will no longer have access to their info from 'Xdate' , but that the terms of a contract entered into 3 years ago provide for 12months notice!
So I can't access their info for the next 12 months, but have to pay as if I were, surely this can't be a legitimate - logic says you should only pay for what you're using & demands beyond that are 'unfair' ???????
.... any advise?
