Premier parking

I have a problem with premier park I parked in a gym car park to discuss joining after 20 mins the guy at the gym told me I had to sign in for the car park which I did next thing I know I had a ticket I appealed but they say they have no record of me signing in I definitely did sign in
what power do premier park have they now want £100 which I can’t afford

So you get on to the gym and demand that they cancel.
