Consumer regulated debt enforcement

Hi, I am a new comer on here.
my first question if anyone knows, thai I had a regulated consumer debt and it was enforced to high court. Can someone advise if this is correct? Only I do think this is incorrect. Many thanks

If you lost a county court claim and the debt was over £600 then it can be taken to the high court for enforcement.
