  • Parking fine

Hi I have parked in my own space which is numbered 1 for my flat which I rent is number 1.
I was supposed to display a permit in the car which I never but I said it fell in between the seats.

The fine was originally £60 but is now £260 it has already been sent to court as I ignored numerous letters.

I ignored them as I thought can they really fine me for parking in my own space.

Can you please explain if they can getaway with this?

    Regards lee
