New wife taking over

Hi so my dad recently got married about 6 weeks ago to someone he hardly knew just to help look after him from Ghana and has recently passed away and the new wife is taking over and not letting me help plan my dads funeral and if it wasn’t for Facebook wouldn’t of even known that he died. So just wondering what her rights are? My dad had quite abit of money but I don’t really care about the money I just don’t want her to just take over and not let us have an in put. Do I have an legal rights that can over rule her?

My condolences - To answer your question - you do not have any legal rights on funeral arrangements.

Any previous will is revoked on marriage.
If your father did not make a new will, then he died intestate. On consequence of that, is that the wife is entitled to the first £250k of his estate.
