Received a parking charge notice at Luton airport, for dropping and picking up outside of designated areas.
which I feel is unfairly applied.
I have checked street view images attached of the major signs, visible face on to driver, and none say that stopping is prohibited. The only sign saying stopping is prohibited is a small sign which is not readable until you actually stop!
The charge and I presume the signs have had amounts of fine updated.
I feel that although stopped for no more than 3 - 5 seconds, which is no more than stopping in general traffic flow, and should not be considered as Parking the vehicle. The vehicle then exited following the signs which advised no charges would apply.
Can I get advise on how an appeal should be written.
