    Hi everybody,

Just joined been on before but always as a guest had good advise in past
    .
Now have a up coming issue with a company called Coast Finance Solutions
They have bought a debt from Welcome finance in which is secured.

I have taken no notice of them i.e. ringing and sending letters etc

But now they seem to be applying a bit more pressure now so will be looking for any helpful advise in how to deal with them

    Thanks in advance

It will be interesting to find out what the land registry has to say. I am in the same boat as you. I have sent Coast THREE DSAR's this year under the new GDPR rules and to date have only received back a basic statement of account. I have called ICO who agreed with me that this does not suffice as enough. I have since written to Coast making a formal complaint.

I will sit tight in the meantime ......

I’ve received letter from TLT saying I will be getting Call Up Notice if I don’t make a suitable arrangement with Coast.

Read on another forum that a court case similar was thrown out buy judge as Coast are not a UK regulated or FCA regulated firm so cannot gave FSMA 2000 exemption on the basis they are girding behind Target.

                Anyone else heard of this?

                    Hi all,
I have Welcome Finance on my Land Registry records but the account was sold to Coast Financial. Can Coast claim the debt they have on me is secured on my property if they are not listed on the Land Registry? Sorry if this question is a repeat and has been answered elsewhere on the forum
