  • Faulty used car

Hi I claiming against an independant used car sales business who sold me a 2003 vehicle. They described it on Auto trader as "starts and runs 100%....engine smooth" however when I drove it home I found it had a leaking radiator.
I spoke to citizens advice and have started a moneyclaims against them online and received their defence today. Now we have to go through a mediator and if no settlement is reached it contines to small claims court. If anyone can help I can post the documents from both sides for further info.

    Hello

It's a bit late asking for help when you are already two thirds of the way through legal proceedings. If you wanted any real help you should have come here before you issued a claim though I appreciate you may not have come across the site before you did, but in either case, there isn't much we can help you with.

What sort of help are you actually looking for?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
