Financial ombudsman decision

Hi
Advice please.
Won my case against Zurich insurance (eventually)
Have been sent a settlement form from FOS
Am concerned that this might prejudice any further action I have to take against Zurich. (small claims court)
In their decision FOS only mention failed flooring to one room when infact it should be 5.
