Thankyou Amestyst, apologies I had reposted before I read your reply. I have been a member for a few years and have been guided on many subjects. this is the first time I have actually asked for advice. I don't want to start throwing the rule book at my boss without having some idea of the facts. Its a small company with lots of potential that is why Ive stood a 2 month lay off (on the understanding I was going to get at least minimum wage).Comment
