Im Im t after advice regarding the above debt agency.
i received latters saying i had 15 outstanding PNC charges totalling £1800 i had never received a single notice to my vehicle or recieved a reminder and photo from Brighton Council for any 1 of tgese 15 notices.
I tried to appeal them but was told by Confero it was out of time as it was from 2018 ???
I said i wanted to see evidence but again they refused as said it was out of time.
I keep recieving threatening letters and voice mails despite blocking their number for the payment in fill.
The officer is dome hard faced human called Samantha with no moral. I explain in on ESA and PIP and already in an IVA she demanded an in and outgoings sheet from me and decided i had 80 pounds per month surplus Yes i have this is to live on buy food for my self and my dog SHE wanted 70 pounds of this 80 or they take way my goods I did not pay it was i said i could afford 10 pounds and that was all. I have been paying this for several months now but NOW they are threatening me again for the full balance
Iv Told her i have no money no assets and its 10 pounds or nothing
They sent n email to say they were coming within 7 dys to take the car as they knew where it was through vehicle recognition camera
My car is my only means of getting around as i hve a blue badge d im disabled
Iv started thinking
Are they allowed to with hold the evidence of tgese so called parking tickets ? Are they allowed to with hold the photos of the penalties attached to car .?
Are they allowed to leave me with 10 pounds per month to live on and can they take my disability car ?
I do not know what to do ?????
