Hi All, Newbie here
Yet another Chique Photography victim here. Currently lodging complaint as scammed off for £600 package.
Chique are using the "you signed the documents and left" excuse and " why did you sign something where you hadn't read the T&C's"
But ive subsequently found out from the finance company PayItMonthly that Chique have put fraudulent information on the application form. they have omitted to ask expenditure figure and put a fake figure in for one of the expenditures (which wasn't asked to me) which is substantially lower than the true figure but aids Chiques application on my behalf.
I've lodged a complaint with PayItMonthly and am currently at the "Reminder" letter stage with Citizens advice with Chique.
the advice really is that i'm after, if the original application form for the credit which Chique generated and falsified is incorrect and did not provide the finance company with a true reflection of my expenditure (by well over £500), does that null and void any agreements based on the credit (unregulated loan) following?
