  • Disability Discrimination Case

I'm hoping that someone can help put my mind at ease. I have raised a tribunal case against a previous employer for disability discrimination. I have just received the ET3 back from them with their side of the story and they have produced a huge bunch of lies. Honestly, virtually none of what they have written is true. It is fabricated lies to paint this picture of me as the worst possible employee. I would like to add that I am an HR Advisor and this claim is about the HR Department so I am absolutely gobsmacked that 'HR professionals' could fabricate such an awful pack of lies about me. The problem that I have is that I don't have any witnesses to the discrimination so its my word against theirs.

I am mortified at the picture of me they have painted and am extremely upset by it. Also really worried that the Judge will believe their version of events and strike it out. I also dont have a a solicitor so I dont have anyone fighting my corner for me.

I could really do with some advice on how to cope with this and what else to expect because this has completely thrown me.
