  • Writing to beneficiaries of a will

We are executing a will where they are multiple beneficiaries, when we receive an offer on the house that is part of the estate we need to write to each beneficiary and tell them the offer and give them 7 days to object. Does anyone have a template for this? or what needs to be said?
Also once this is done we need to write to each of the beneficiaries again declaring that the house is sold and what they will inherit although they will need to wait 6 months before any of the money is distributed. Does anyone have a template for this? or what needs to be said?
