Parking over a line

Hi I received a fine from Premier Parking showing a picture of my car parked over the drivers side space line. When I arrived there was a motor bike in that space and a large SUV had parked dead on the line to my right. At the time it seemed logical to park how I did. I returned to my car 20 mins later and both SUV and bike had left. A few weeks later I received a fine and a picture showing my car on it's own misparked. I believe the parking attendant waited for the suv and bike to move before taking his picture. I appealed the fine and they dismissed it without any response only to say I now have to pay the full amount.
They have advised me I can apply to Poplar for a review? What should I do?

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver....." etc. Has the driver been identified? Simple Yes or No.
