    Hi

I am endeavouring to Voluntarily Terminate my agreement
with Audi Finance and have been sent forms for me to sign.
As you have already advised, I will NOT do this but I will use you
    template letter.
My car is in good condition but is a few thousand miles over the agreed limit. I do NOT mind paying the £210 mileage excess but am anxious about what happens when it goes to ‘auction’,
Excuse my ignorance, but AM I responsible for any shortfall in the sale of the car at auction, or can I walk away without any further costs?

If you VT then you are not responsible for any loss at auction
