Newbie -parking fine query

hi.

So have just received my first ever parking fine.
It is from July in Lowther street Carlisle and comes from initial parking.
So the driver definitely bought a ticket (the driver and passenger went halves on it and had to pool their change). Unfortunately of course the driver don’t still have the ticket from then.

I have received the letter with the picture of my car in the car park.

I am guessing there is no way no way I can appeal if the driver don’t still have the ticket.

This is the last last thing I need with my anxiety being bad at the moment.

So edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

Then post up the PCN you received suitably redacted but leave dates
