    hi
    i am new to this forum, and wondering if someone could help me
    i have paid 65% of my car loan to moto nova never missed a payment and was quite happy with the agreement
    until recently when my husband became a paraplegic.
    so we were given a mobility car
    so i have now got my other car sitting on my driveway
    im not 100% sure about voluntary termination
    can anyone help

    User R0b has a guide to VT, located here. Best read it. It also has a link to a suggested letter to the loan company to terminate. It is suggested you do NOT fill out the form the company may send you as it can remove some of your legal safeguards. The agreement is terminated when they get your letter. Take photos of its condition inside and out just before it is collected.

        just received reply back from motonova

        arranging an assessment in the wording it says
        "you will be asked to sign crystal collection limited report at the point of inspection
        giving your agreement to the inspection comments before proceeding"

        just a bit nervous as it sounds very legal
