Hi everyone just want to report after the following all the helpful advice on here, I did a CCA Request Letter (used the Template on here) and they have finally come back and said Provident cannot find the original paperwork and are ceasing and desisisting with the implied threat that if Provident do ever come up with the paperwork then they will of course, resume coming after me. So take heart everyone if you do follow the procedures on here it really does work and keep the faith!
