Hello everyone, there are been cases of people parked at Lidl who did not end cancelling their ticket, but I thought I seek
any sort of assistance.
I thought to try try my luck with this response when I got a ticket. I will upload it. However, they did not respond directly but sent an email to the email that was provided and said it was unacceptable because it did not have my name as the email. I have used the email for about 10 years and it has my children’s names. It took over two weeks before I responded with another email
that has my name and by this time, they were asking for the full
amount.
I then replied that I did respond the initial PCN within two weeks and therefore they should respond to my email. They later confirmed that because I did not respond on time the collection process continued and they went ahead to decline my letter. They added the email which contained my children’s name did not match what was on their record and I’m wondering what email
do they have on their system?
I will upload all pcn and emails and would appreciate any input. Thanks
