Hi everyone so i have been to court and lost the judge wasnt interested in my WS and relied on my defence stating i did not clearly state i was not the driver and there were clear signs at the carpark.*
Denied pofa stating i had bn given opportunity to mame driver or contact company for details wn the red card was left on car.
*he said even if i wasnt the driver i was equally liable as i gave permission for someone to drive my car.
whats bothering me is that due to the stress i forgot to point out to the judge that claimant can only claim £100 under pofa and now the judgement has been made. Is there a way judge can ractify this error as it was on my defence and they ignored it.i have been ordered to £210 including claimant fees which isnt allowed in small claims.*
