Hi, had a big High Court Claim agaings a High Street Bank, their Bank Errors lost me a group of profitable companies, some Ltd. Was just going PLC with the Group.
Had a Forensic Accountant going through the accounts. to clarify all their errors, then the damage done. After Masonic People on the Legal Aid Panel, Lost my Support,!
The Accountant worked from home, doing the work for an established firm; Lost all the Paperwork and denied e bf ER working on the case, at the same time he was given finance (same bank) to purchase his own firm! Criminal? Fraud? Now over 6 yrs.
Can I still take them on?
