  • Parking problem

    Hi All,
I am the keeper of a vehicle that received an invoice from a parking company for not parking in a bay correctly, i wrote back as keeper, ( have letters and images) I pointed out that i had no legal requirement to identify the driver.I meant to appeal it at POPLA however whilst all this was going on we were also moving house and i never got round to it. I have now had a letter from ZZPS DCA threatening me with legal action from a company called QDR solicitors, they also rather bizarrely quote Beavis.
i can post suitably redacted letters and images if needed.
    thanks in advance

Been through this nonsense several times. Currently have a solicitor quoting Beavis in their "Pay up or else" pro forma when the correct case (It was a paid for car park) is Parking Eye v. Cargius. Can I complain to the law society about such poor use of the law to demand money with menaces?
