  • Request for documents

I need help in completing a request for documents as I am defending myself against Premier Park Ltd whom I have a PCN from 2015. the particulars of the claim are:-
The claimant's claim is for the sum of £132.30 being monies due from the defendant to the claimant in respect pf a PCN issued on 14/02/2015 at 0.00 at ..... pay and display ....
The PCN relates to ..... under registration .....
The terms of the PCN allowed the defendant 28 days from the issue date to pay the PCN but the defendant failed to do so. Despite demand having been made the defendant has failed to settle their outstanding liability.
The claim also included statutory interest pursuant to section 69 of the county courts act 1984 at a rate of 8% per annum a daily rate of 0.02 from 14/02/2015 to 17/07/2019 being an amount of £32.30. The claimant also claims £60 contractual costs pursuant to PCN terms and conditions.
Can anyone please advise as the request for documents state I have to list the documents mentioned in the particulars of the claim which is above - what would they be?
